Summit's Journey
The summit is divided into five stages, each one taking place over a week. You can read more on the Journey page of the website.
Stage 1: Grounding
Welcoming, co-creating the container for the journey: Team meeting with hosts to connect and support. Hosts meeting with their local/virtual groups.
Stage 2: Falling apart
Why do we struggle so much with conflict? Looking into the cracks of our relationships with ourselves, with each other and with the world. Facing our individual and collective shortcomings.
Stage 3: Nurturing the soil
Sharing ways of thinking and being in the world that can hold tensions and conflicts in ways that support the emergence of more healthy and regenerative cultures.
Stage 4: Seeding the future
Introducing practices that can develop the capabilities in us to respond to tensions and conflicts in ways that are more healthy and regenerative.
Stage 5: Emerging pathways Sharing with participants, some of the insights that emerged throughout the summit. Meeting with hosts to share experiences and have a conversation about the summit’s journey.
